The Elm Springs Heritage Association of Elm Springs, Arkansas
Elm Springs, Arkansas was founded by the first settlers in 1832. A large grove of Elm Trees and a natural spring inspired the name of the town, Elm Springs which still exist 184 years later!
There were many "firsts" in Arkansas; the first water powered "grist" mill, a training camp for confederate soldiers for two years during the civil war, post colony, old time movie theater and much more.
So much history...so much to remember...so much to experience!
